Ground floor

Sitting Room: Comfortable furniture, gas coal effect fire. Kitchen/Diner: Dining table and chair for 8, Aga and fully equipped Kitchen with combination oven/microwave/grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Shower Room: Shower cubicle, WC. and wash hand basin.

First floor

Bedroom 1: Twin beds with en-suite Cloakroom: WC and wash hand basin. Bedroom 2: King size bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe with en-suite shower room: shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin.

Family Bathroom: Bath with handheld shower, WC. wash hand basin.

Second floor

Bedroom 3: Double bed with some sloping ceilings overlooking garden. Bedroom 4: Double bed and single bed with some sloping ceilings.

Outside

Patio with table, chairs and BBQ equipment. Some beach bits also available to borrow.

Pets: 2 well behaved dogs welcome. Parking: Parking on street. Nearest amenities: Pub: 150 yards, Shop: 500 yards.

Accessibility: Ground floor WC and shower room. Unfortunately no ground floor bedrooms.

Our Cancellation Policy is 50% refundable up until 30 days prior to arrival. Notice shorter than 30 days is 100% non-refundable.
